Q: How can I request claim status updates?

An email inquiry to saru.claims@maryland.gov is the best method of contact for nurse auditors to respond during the pandemic, as they are working remotely.  Please include the following information:

  • Name of vendor/provider/hospital
  • First name and last name of the patient
  • Date of service
  • Date of Birth
