Financial Requirements
In addition to the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services’ General and Special Conditions, the subrecipient agrees to comply with the financial and administrative requirements set forth in the current edition of the federal Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Financial Guide where applicable, and to abide by any other terms and conditions imposed by the Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention.
